To start a return, please contact us at formwithoutfunction@protonmail.com. You will be provided you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
